I truly believe that relieving one's self in nature is the best way to go, and I'm not the only one.
Here's what you need:
- a small shovel with which to dig a hole
- some toilet paper or large leaves
- a large rock or tree to lean up against
There's no need for magazines when you have stars, trees, or fields of wildflowers to gaze at. Just show me a bathroom that can offer a better view. And it all comes with a good supply of fresh air.
And if this doesn't have you convinced, medical research shows that colon cancer is more prominent because of how modern humans sit when we pooh. On a practical level, until we take the next evolutionary steps, it's just better for you to squat over a hole. No worries--you can reduce your cancer risk just by mimicking a squatting position by raising your feet to a higher level, allowing your bowels to empty more thoroughly. There are even squat-aiding devices you can buy to help you get that more natural position when you can't just dig a hole outdoors.
Here's to mother nature!
